September 5th and 6th - Day one and Day two (the After Party)
The Alpine 4-H camp is located at 1900 US-26, Alpine, WY 83128. This is an outdoor venue, so please come prepared for temperature fluctuation, inclement weather, and uneven terrain.
Ages

This is an all-ages show, with children 10 and under welcome for free (WooHoo!)

As this is a limited capacity show, it has been opened up to existing ticket holders first (as of 7/31/25 11:00 am MST). They will receive an email with a code that can be entered here.
Public ticket sale will open up 8/4/25 here
Chairs/Blankets/Shade Structures
September 5th - Day one.
Chairs and blankets are allowed and we encourage you to bring them
Shade structures and oversized umbrellas are prohibited.
September 6th - Day two (the After Party)
Chairs and blankets are allowed and we encourage you to bring them. Shade structures and umbrellas are prohibited, but we will provide plenty of options to keep cool while enjoying the show.
Pets
September 5th and 6th - Day one and Day two (The After Party)
Well behaved pets are allowed at the show, but must remain on leash and be picked up after.
​Organizers reserve the right to remove a pet from the venue at their sole discretion. Owner is responsible for finding an alternative location for the pet if they have been removed from the venue.

Outside Food and Alcohol
September 5th - Day one.
Outside alcohol is prohibited. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Outside food is allowed, but we encourage you to support our local food trucks and vendors by buying from them during the show. Reusable water bottles are allowed and encourages. Glass bottles are prohibited.
September 6th - Day two (the After Party)
Bring your own beverage of choice (no glass please), food truck will be on site to purchase food during the show. Reusable water bottles are allowed and encouraged.
Prohibited Items
September 5th and 6th - Day one and Day two (the After Party)
Prohibited items include - drones, weapons, fireworks or other flammable devices, professional recording equipment, glass bottles, noise makers, or any other items that could be used to disrupt the event or harm others.
Organizers reserve the right to prohibit additional items at their discretion, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Parking
September 5th and 6th - Day one and Day two (the After Party)
Parking is available on-site free of charge. Parking area is less than 1/2 a mile walk from the venue. If anyone needs special accommodations or closer parking options please reach out to us by email.

Camping on-site

Camping on-site is available for a small fee, and can be purchased here.

On-site camping begins on Friday September 5th and ends on Sunday September 7th to accommodate guests who want to stay for one or two nights.

Re-entry
September 5th and 6th - Day one and Day two (The After Party)
Attendees are allowed unlimited exits and re-entry.
​Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to attendees who are visibly inebriated, agitated, aggressive, or in any other way threaten the safety and enjoyment of event attendees.
